Alex is a Certified General Appraiser licensed to appraise any type of real property regardless of the complexity of the assignment or dollar value of the real estate being appraised.

Alex retired as branch manager of all construction operations in Monterey and San Benito counties in 1992 but continues to be a licensed General Engineering, General Building Contractor, Licensed DSA Inspector, Licensed Real Estate Agent and Certified General Real Estate Appraiser.

Alex has been classified by the court as an expert witness on more than one occasion in matters of general engineering construction and general building construction. His first-hand knowledge and experience in these areas makes it easy for him to recognize quality differences in structures, topographies and amenities.
